Tamsta Music 2011 Festival Is Waiting For You!

The third Tamsta Music festival invites all people who enjoy spending time with their friends in the nature, while listening to great live music. One of the famous Lithuanian bands and most perspective players will be performing from 22 till 24 of July in Varėna’s woods located in  island in a lake “Dainų slėnis“ where you can hear different styles of music.
The main star of this festival is a soul, hip hop, R&B music performer and raper Aloe Blacc (USA). Raper, famed with a well – known song „I need a dollar“, is coming to a festival right after the tour through the Europe, whereas tickets to his concerts in England, Holland, Russia have been already sold out.
“Tamsta Music” is going to amaze audience not only with a guest from abroad. More than 20 Lithuanian bands will be performing at the festival: active guys from G&G Sindikatas, masters of electronic rock music Happyendless, ageless Poliarizuoti Stiklai, BIX and many other no introduction needed: Empti, Brassbastardz, Freaks on Floor, Bekešo Vilkai, Tofu Bubble, Gospel choir Sounds in G, etc.
Not only music will be festival’s entertainment: artists will run their fair, “One” park will invite to try yourself in sport games and other activities, masters of street dance will attract people who are willing to learn new moves and of course water activities for those who enjoy swimming.
Festival which has been held three years in a row is famous with friendliness: everyone is allowed to take dogs; parents are encouraged to come with their children. Admissions free for children under 11 years old, with an adult.
Guests who don’t know how to arrive, festival suggests to go by the train. For those who have a ticket to this festival, “Lietuvos geležinkeliai” will allow to pay half of a price for both sides. What is more, there will be an opportunity to enter to a live music train. Each guest will be welcomed by the bus, which shuttles to an island back and forth.
This year the number of Lithuanian festivals has reduced, consequently “Tamsta Music” expects to attain a big audience, so everyone who wants to enter Varėna’s island are encouraged to arrange their tickets in advance. The number of tickets is limited!
